Our Director of Music & Arts assists our LifeBridge neighbors to live a life full of music and the arts. Music is the common connector that always remains.
Our LifeBridges Support Neighborhood utilizes TouchPoints, a relationship driven care model, to enhance each neighbor's daily life. TouchPoints changes our "typical" medical care model to a focused relational model that ensures our team members learn each neighbor personally before assisting them with any care needs.
As technology continues to advance rapidly, LifeBridges at The Cosmopolitan partners with up and coming Senior Focused technology companies by providing an incubator site for promising entrepreneurs. Our neighbors get to experience and assist in helping shape the future of technology for Seniors.
LifeBridges Support has over ten specially designed, interactive Life Stations for our neighbors to engage in. Our Life Stations include military, plants, animals, at the shore, holidays and many more. A Life Station encourages our neighbors to be in that moment to reminisce and interact with.
LifeBridges Support Neighborhoods are developed through the latest research and experience in the aging field. Our neighborhoods balance independence with safety to maximize our residents quality of life. You must see to believe the difference.
Should one of our neighbors fall, our fall detection technology alerts our team so they can immediately assist the neighbor. By providing real-time feedback, the team can assess the need for additional medical interventions as well as use the feedback to assist in the prevention of future falls.
LifeBridge neighbors and their families are connected through CosmoSmart TV. Our neighbors can have specially curated music playlists that turn on automatically at pre-determined times of the day to wake them up or lull them to sleep, families can video call with their loved ones or the neighbors favorite sports team can be automatically turned on for their enjoyment.
As humans we interpret the world around us through the five senses of: sight, sound, smell, taste and touch. Our team is trained on the LifeBridges "5 Senses Program" to ensure our neighbors experience them fully each day. Our "5 Senses Program" will delight from daily fresh bread baking to hand massages with our Cosmopolitan line of essential oil hand creams.
